A Free Support Program for Parents & Caregivers
At The Butterfly Mindset, we know that families often need more than therapy—they need practical, hands-on support to navigate daily life, school systems, and community resources. Our Family Support & Resource Navigation Team, which includes trained interns working under direct supervision, partners with families to reduce stress, increase stability, and create sustainable routines at home.
We help families with:
Strengthening daily routines and organization
Preparing for school meetings and understanding educational supports
Finding community resources for housing, food, childcare, transportation, or mental health
Filling out applications and coordinating non-clinical services
Communicating with schools and service providers
Accessing workshops, parenting tools, and wellness programs
Our interns are trained in strengths-based, trauma-informed, non-clinical support and work closely with our program director to ensure every family receives high-quality care. They do not provide therapy—but they make it easier for families to stay organized, connected, and supported.
Availability may vary based on staffing and current capacity, but we do our very best to accommodate every family seeking support.
